ArchiCAD 14 newly out and it is featured packed. The world is going to BIM and if you haven't yet you defiinately need to take a look ArchiCAD 14. We will be having a session brought to us by Carlson, producers of Software for Land Development Professionals. During this session we will transfer files from various CAD software manufacturers to show compatilibility, plus learn how this software can be customized to various applications like, mechanical, architectural or civil projects. If you have been in this business for a long time, I would be greatly surprised if you couldn't operate it right after loading.
JD and the Large Format team at The CAD Store have planned a session on how to pick a lean, mean, plotting machine.They will be be doing a "plot off". For instance, see for yourself who will win the contest between an HP1050 (a very fine older model) and one of the new T1100's from HP. Plotting the same identical plot with the same setting will a Canon prevail over an HP, or HP beat a KIP? We will pre-publish the plotting contests and have you give us your best quess at the winner. The customers coming the closest to the actual time will be rewarded.
